We just learned that Grandmere Mimi will attend. And of course, Jake/Fr Terry will be making an appearance!
I will have a folder or paper with "Friends of Jake" on it. Look for it in the bar at the Hilton before the Integrity Eucharist, after the Eucharist so we can meet and walk over together, or at Bar Louie. Better yet, bring one too! Most of us are not known to one another, so please keep your eyes peeled for "Friends of Jake" signage.
If you are recognizable (one of our blogosphere's stars), please keep your eyes open for hesitant shy people who might be trying to connect!

Folks like you, IT? I shall be watchful for you and the other shrinking violets. I'm just wondering who they might be.
I will be there- probably not until after the Eucharist as I will be coming off the floor of the House of Deputies at 6 and heading directly for the Eucharist. Those who get there early might save seats for us. See you there.

I'll be serving at the IntegrityUSA Eucharist - which will TOTALLY ROCK THE HOUSE (be there or be square) - and then head over to Bar Louie.
I've been pushing this event among my IntegrityUSA friends - many, many of whom are friends of Jake - so expect an influx of people after the Eucharist.
As Mickey would say, "See you real soon (giggle)."
So, the eucharist is at 6.30. Ann is implying we need to get there early for seats. Comments?
I'm planning on being there after the Eucharist at Bar Louie.
Last Triennial Eucharist, the place was PACKED 1/2 hour before the Eucharist started. There were about 100 people in the undercroft - but the good news is that +Gene chose to distribute Eucharist there.
You couldn't have fit another person in the choir with a shoe horn, and people were standing along the outer aisles of the sanctuary and the Narthex was also packed.
So, um, yeah. Get there by 6 at the latest. It is NOT to be missed.
I'll plan to be there! Looking forward to it. :)
I'm planning on being there IT! --I'm working as a volunteer for the whole two weeks. And I am off on that Friday evening, so, I hope to meet you then. Looking forward to it!
